Meet Our Team

Mitch Barker
Mitch has been a certified personal trainer since 2007. He has helped hundreds of clients achieve their fitness goals. He specializes in mobility improvement, strength training, and functional fitness.
In Mitch’s words, “When the pandemic started, gyms closed, so I began working with clients in their homes. Clients loved the convenience and safety of having a trainer come to them, in a safe space. I started 2U Personal Training to bring mobile fitness services to more people, especially those who are unable or don’t want to go to a commercial gym.”

Joseph Vincent (“Vince”)
Vince has been training for 15 years clients of all ages, abilities and aspirations. He focuses on alignment, biomechanics, conditioning, strength, and weight loss/gain. With compassion and curiosity for his clients and creativity in his programming, he ensures his clients exceed their expectations for themselves.
Outside of training others, Vince keeps himself fit through running, swimming, lifting, and any beach/sand sport, and of course, playing with his boxer/pittie/great dane super dog, Jack!

Jaime Mathis
Jaime is an NSCA certified personal trainer with a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals regardless of age, fitness level or background. Jaime has nearly a decade of experience working with clients and specializes in women’s strength training and post-rehabilitation.

Todd Mcann
With over 20 years of experience, Todd has transformed countless lives, working with clients ranging in age from 9 to 85. His passion is creating personalized programs that help develop you into the best version of yourself. He has been a multi-sport athlete from a young age, and still loves running and lifting weights.

Adrian Flores
Meet Adrian Flores, your go-to personal trainer from the heart of Texas, where he not only throws punches in the ring but also delivers laughs on the comedy stage.
With a passion for fitness and a knack for keeping things lively, Adrian has worked with a range of clients, including those on weight loss journeys, professional and semi-professional athletes, individuals managing diabetes, and dedicated bodybuilders.
